Wenlockedge Shetland Stud was founded in 1989 with the purchase of Grimpowood Snowball from Amanda Woof, the start of a good friendship.Then Swarthioul Babie from Lorraine Manson and their foals were the start of Wenlockedge.
Grimpowood Snowball bred Wenlockedge Berry who has won many championships. Swarthoul Baby bred my lovely 'boy' Wenlockedge Murphy, whose progeny have also done well in the show ring.
We aim to breed quality ponies with good movement and temperament.
